I believe this is the sushi that I had in Sydney that taste the same as in Japan. The fish nigiri are all fresh and sweet, high quality. I got the uni, wagyu, otoro, chutoro and 7 kinds chef selection. I also had the wagyu foie gras don but too full to finish all. Service and atmosphere was great as well. I would definitely come back here.

This place was highlight after a nice ride from habour to Lane cove. Compliments to the chefs and their skills! The food was so flavourful, the lady probably the Manager or one of the Co-owner She is superb with Service. Made our night! We booked the bar table and can watch the Chefs working with sushi, the service pass was so clean and everything looked so fresh. I’m definitely coming back again.

Loved all the dishes I had! Second time coming and I enjoyed it just as much as the first. Everything is super fresh and creamy — I recommend the scallop and foie gras sushi as well as anything with the sea urchin / uni! The dry-aged imperadore was so interesting as well — the outer later is crispy but the meat is so soft it just melts in your mouth.

Sashimi was so fresh and really good quality and was beautifully presented. Also ordered some of their specialty dishes including the truffle mini don which was a bit pricey but was delicious. The truffle was lightly smoked and paired really well with the rice and duck liver. I think all of the wait staff were extremely attentive and really friendly too and always checking in on us every so often. I did feel the sushi rolls were a bit mediocre, rice was quite mushy and the volcano sushi had too much chill flakes sprinkled on top.

Tried the chef selected menu. Sashimi is very fresh and tastes good. The only problem is long waiting time for food even though we have reservations.

Pretty solid sushi restaurant with consistency and absolutely fresh and delicious produce. The skills of the chefs are excellent, staff are attentive and well worth the effort to book and dine here. It should honestly have more hype because it is easily top 5 sushi restaurants in Sydney

I had the chef's selection sashimi and nigiri. The food was beautifully presented and came out promptly in good order. The best part of the chef's selection was that the chef took time to come over and explain each dish succinctly. I agree that it is an "Omakase-lite" experience and would definitely come back to keep trying their seasonal offerings and specials! Edit: had to come back for more and it’s even better than the first time. The Wagyu beef mini don is a must try!!! The umaki was also very nice for hot food.
